Complexity makes me nervous

Analysis of creative possibilities of chaos theory and its practical implication for a new urban space concept.

Conceptual book documenting the analysis and development of new public space within cities using generated dynamic architecture.

The task was to find a way of using the elements of complexity and chaos to create and design something that benefits the society. During the process we developed the idea to build moving, dynamic public spaces within cities using the space above the streets between the buildings. The aim was to redesign the car oriented city grid with the concept of chaos and nature. We created a program that could automatically  generate chaotic structures between buildings in which we would set parks and space of recreation.
